Brow Lamination + Lash Lift Prep

  • Do not trim your brows at all for at least 4 weeks. This is important!

  • For Brow Lamination, avoid any topical retinoids for at minimum of a week. If you are receiving a wax during this service, no retinoids for a minimum of two weeks.

  • Please arrive to your appointment without makeup on your brow and eye areas. If this is not possible, no problem! A “Lash Bath” will be added on to your lift service. If you are using a brow or lash growth serum, please let us know.

  • Please avoid any caffeine prior to your Lash Lift appointment.

  • If you wear contacts, please be prepared to remove them before your lash lift. A lift cannot be preformed with your contacts in.

  • If you previously had eyelash extensions and would like a lash lift, please allow at least 4 weeks to let your lashes grow and breathe prior to a lash lift. All of your extensions must be completely removed prior to a Lash Lift.

  • If you’ve had a Brow Lamination with another artist, please allow at least 10 weeks before your appointment with us. For Lash Lifts with a previous artist, please allow at least 8 weeks.

  • We can absolutely Laminate over microblading or a cosmetic tattoo. Please note, your tattoo must be completely healed prior to Lamination.

Brow Lamination + Lash Lift Aftercare

For the next 24 hours; No water, heat, steam, saunas, oils, lotions, creams, face washes, makeup remover wipes or pads on lashes for minimum of 24 hours. Do not brush your brows or lashes for a full 24 hours as this is the “setting” phase. After 24 hours, apply Elleeplex to brow and lash area nightly. Do not apply any other serums or makeup for 48 hours. Please note that wearing waterproof mascara or false eyelashes can cause your lash lift to drop.

For Brow Lamination only; After 48 hours, condition your brows with your hair conditioner regularly. In the morning, wet your brows and use a mascara wand or brow gel to shape and “set” your brows into place for the day. Once they dry they will hold their place. Elleplex is recommended to use nightly.

Lamination and Lifts are recommended every 8 weeks if done together. Lifts no sooner than 6 weeks and Lamination no sooner than 8 weeks. Between lift appointments you may tint lashes or brows every 4 weeks. We now offer deep conditioning treatments for both lashes and brows in between your lift or lamination, this can be added to your tint service after 4 weeks. Elleplex is highly recommended as a take home aftercare post lift and lamination to maintain moisture, health and longer lasting results.
