Salon Policies

  • Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment. We may not be able to take you if you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your appointment in order to accommodate on time clients and your appointment will be considered a late cancellation.

  • Some of the services we provide require close contact for extended periods of time. We will continue to require masks for Lash Lifts, Brow Lamination, Lift & Lamination Combo. For all other services, masks are optional.

  • Please leave friends and family at home, no exceptions.

Mt. Tabor Location

  • The sign on the door will indicate “Available, come on in” when we are ready for you. If the sign says “In Session” please do not knock on the door. Feel free to sit on the bench right outside of the door until we are ready for you. If you prefer to wait in your car, no problem, shoot us a text when you arrive and we’ll let you know when we’re ready (971)-203-2777

  • Street parking is typically available on Stark, however you can park in the church parking lot located on 61st and Stark.

N. Williams Location

  • The entrance is located on Failing st., in between Eem and Two rivers vet clinic. Please note this is a secured building, you will receive the door code upon booking.

  • Parking is typically available on Failing st. or Cleveland st.

Cancellation Policy

Please Read Before You Book

  • We are dedicated to giving the best service we can to each and every client. It is important to stay on a time schedule and we ask that you arrive a few minutes early or on time to your appointment. If you are running more than 5 minutes late we may not be able to take you in order to accommodate on time clients and your appointment will be considered a late cancellation.

  • A 24-hour notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This time is set aside especially for you, and we may not be able to fill that spot on short notice. If for any reason you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hour notice, a fee of 50% of your service total will be applied. If you cancel with less than a 3 hour notice or miss your scheduled appointment, (100%) the full service total will be applied. As a small business, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy. Thank you for understanding.


Scheduling FAQs

  • We book all appointments solely online. If you need a time that you don’t see available, you may use the “Waitlist” option on the online booking page. Booking online will give you access to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. We recommend signing up for both text and email notifications so that you'll receive confirmation and reminders for your appointment.

  • We require that you do this online by signing into your Vagaro account and click on “Profile” then click “View my appointments”. You will now have the option to easily cancel or reschedule your appointment online. Please note we do not have receptionist and our phone lines are text only.

  • Absolutely! If you need a last minute appointment and don’t see an opening online, you can text us. Sometimes we might be abe to get you in. Please note a credit card on file is still required for same day appointments and the cancellation policy still applies. We do not take walk ins.

  • Nope! You can pay with any card or cash, at the end of your service. Your card on file will not be charged unless you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice or miss your scheduled appointment.
